Shipping

This item will be shipped to you from HONG KONG. We will ship the item after the payment has been paid in full and cleared. We will not be responsible for the package loss in the mail if you do not pay for the insurance.

* Please notify that some countries such as Italy and Eastern Europe will take longer delivery time. It will need more than one month sometimes.

We do not ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses.

We will ship your order within 2 working days after confirmation of your payment information. Tracking information will be emailed to you when it becomes available.

Buyer could open the parcel when it deliver. If the item got damaged or disappeared, you could reject the parcel and inform us immediately.

Return Policy

We offers a 14 days exchange policy only if the item sold is found to be defective by the manufacturers. The defective item will be exchanged for the same model only if the return guidelines are followed: The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, boxes, instruction manuals and blank warranty cards and copy of customer sales invoice. All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Replacement items will be exchanged within 14 days from the day the customer received the original item. After the return period has expired, please contact the manufacturer to resolve any problems with your equipment. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Some Images are for illustrative purposes only. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management

   2. If an order is placed for an item with an erroneous price, and the erroneous price is less than the cost price of the item, we reserve the right to offer to process the order at cost price or the opportunity for the customer to cancel the order.
   3. Prices on orders for out-of-stock or pre-release items are valid for one week after the order is placed. If the price changes when stock becomes available customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.
   4. Import Duty and Charges:
      The prices of the good(s) ordered are displayed at Tin Cheung Camera Company are all quoted in Pound Sterling (GBP), United States Dollars(USD), Euro (EUR), Australian Dollars(AUD) or Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). The prices displayed exclude any form of taxes. All taxes and custom duties that might be incurred in the process of shipment at the destination country shall be bear by the Customer. Many countries charge duty on goods at the point of import, these will normally be collected by the courier used to deliver your goods - this is a charge levied by your government not by our company and we have no control over it.
   5. Compatibility:
